Order processing hours:
Daily, from 09:00 to 18:00
Delivery company:
Deliveries are carried out by our partners at Fan Courier. The courier will call in advance to confirm your presence at the indicated address.
Delivery in Chișinău:
Orders are processed and delivered on the next working day after the order is placed.
Delivery outside Chișinău:
– Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be delivered within the next 24 working hours.
– Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered starting Monday.
Shipping Cost
Free delivery for orders over 1000 MDL — available throughout the Republic of Moldova.
For orders under 1000 MDL, the shipping cost is 60 MDL.

Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and phone number, so the courier can reach you on the day of delivery. It is important to be available at the specified address to avoid possible delays.
Payment
Payment is made in Moldovan lei upon delivery. You may pay in cash or by card, depending on your preference.
Product Availability
If a product added to your cart is no longer in stock at the time your order is processed, our team will contact you by phone to inform you and offer an alternative solution.
Please note! Stock for each product is limited and is updated regularly based on availability. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible after selecting your products to avoid potential unavailability.
Return Policy
Returns of cosmetic products are allowed only if the products have not been opened or used. If the products are in their original, unused condition and the packaging is undamaged, they may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Important Note:
According to Government Decision No.1465 from 08.12.2003, MO248-253/19.12.2003, art.1530, Annex 2, p.4 (as amended by Government Decision No.1188 from 02.11.2007, MO175/09.11.2007), perfumery and cosmetic items cannot be returned or exchanged.
